Who is Hebert Green, anyway?

Hebert Green Agroecology, Inc. is a new private company owned and operated by Dr. Mark A. Boudreau from Asheville, North Carolina, USA. It began in 2004 when Mark thought there was sufficient need for short- or long-term temporary research and education support in organic and sustainable agriculture. Support for researchers, extension agents, organizations, businesses--anybody who needed professional help. Hebert Green Agroecology also undertakes initiatives and collaborations in specific areas of agroecology research and training.

Mark primarily runs Hebert Green Agroecology on his own, with office, marketing, and research assistance from B.J. McManama. The company subcontracts with appropriate individuals or businesses to carry out projects as the need arises.
